Sarah and Eddie have shared their lives together for over a decade, and love teaching together

 

Sarah, a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with over 15 years of experience, is dedicated to enhancing well-being through Pilates. She is proud to create a nurturing and empowering environment for every participant. While her classes are lighthearted, her extensive Pilates experience and training provides a strong focus on technique.

Eddie is a Barre Body trained instructor whose passion for understanding the human body has driven him to pursue a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Exercise and Nutrition). His classes are dynamic and varied, always aiming to enhance the body's abilities with science-backed knowledge and techniques.

 

Together, they blend their extensive knowledge in fitness and well-being to support your journey towards better health.
